Exchange and Returns

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
• You can return an item within 14 days from delivery.
• You need to contact us at hi@allseams.com to authorize your return.
• Accepted returns can only be credited to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Return shipping is covered by the customer.
• ALLSEAMS covers all outgoing shipping charges, incl. exchange shipping.

EXCHANGES
• If you would like to exchange sizes, all you need to do is return your original order and send a request for the size that you need.
• Exchange items are sent within 5 days from the return delivery.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
• For reasons related to customs, goods cannot be returned from a different country from that to which they were delivered.
• All items must be sent back to the designer’s atelier in the original packaging provided.
• Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags and clothing tags should be included in your return.
• All items should be returned unmarked, unworn and in the original and undamaged packaging.
• Items must not be soiled.
• Due to hygiene and health regulations we are unable to accept returns and exchanges of some lingerie and swimwear items. Please refer to the Return Policy of the particular item.
• You cannot return items that have been made to order or customized for you.
